About TACL

The Transportation Technical Assistance Coordination Library (TACL) features information on transportation coordination for state and local stakeholders. The library includes reports, webinars, technical briefs, training, and toolkits developed by the the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and its technical assistance centers. The focus of the information in the library is on helping states and localities coordinate federally funded transportation programs and share resources across agencies to improve transportation in rural areas and to targeted populations.

The Technical Assistance Coordination Library (TACL; transportation-tacl.org) is a national library created by FTA and its five Technical Assistance (TA) Centers. TACL is funded through a cooperative agreement between FTA and National RTAP, and is operated through a consortium of FTA and its TA Centers – National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC), National Center for Applied Transit Technology (N-CATT), National Center for Mobility Management (NCMM), National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP), Shared-Use Mobility Center (SUMC). Content in TACL is provided in the interest of information exchange. Neither FTA or its TA Centers assumes liability for its contents or use.
